Corporate Profile

Our Company was incorporated in Singapore on 12 August 2005 as a private limited company under the name "Travelite Holding Pte. Ltd.", which subsequently changed its name to "Travelite Holdings Pte. Ltd." on 21 February 2006. We were converted into a public limited company, "Travelite Holdings Ltd." on 20 March 2007. Pursuant to a restructuring exercise, our Company became the holding company of our Group, with the acquisition of our subsidiaries, Demarco Pte Ltd, Travelite Marketing Sdn. Bhd. and Travel For All Sdn. Bhd. The Company was listed on the former SGX-SESDAQ on 16 May 2007.

In FY2008, YG Marketing Pte Ltd (formerly known as YGM Marketing Pte Ltd) and Fashion Street (S) Pte Ltd were acquired as part of our strategy to diversify into the menswear and ladies fashion segments of fashion & lifestyle retail market. In FY2009, the Company has also acquired full equity in Fashion Way Sdn. Bhd. and Yangtzekiang Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("YISB") and its subsidiaries as we extend our reach to Malaysia in both of these business segments.

Our distribution channel consists of departmental stores, our chain of specialty stores, third party retail outlets, gift redemption and corporate gift programmes, mainly in Singapore and Malaysia; and wholesale distribution to third party distributors in countries such as Brunei, Cambodia, Egypt, Indonesia, the Philippines, the PRC, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam.

The Company successfully upgraded from the Catalist (which replaces the former SGX-SESDAQ) to the SGX Mainboard on 24 August 2009, marking a significant milestone in the history of Travelite Holdings Ltd.
